Shipping, Handling & Returns

We will ship your order with items in stock within 3 business days of receiving the order. Custom Bath Bomb Orders will be shipped within 5 business days of receiving the order. 

If your product is on back order, please allow up to 7 business days for your product to be shipped. You will receive and email confirmation when it is finished. 

 Shipping is within 1-10 business days depending on your region/location/size of the order. When shipped, you will receive an    e-mail for the order & tracking number.  

We 100% believe in our products. We offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase if the product is unused. Otherwise, we can offer a partial refund.

Bath products, Candles, Stones & Other products must be unused to receive a full refund. A full refund will be issued if returned within 30 days of purchase. Stones must be included.

Used bath products cannot be returned.

Candles used will receive a partial refund or product can be exchanged.  The candle must be more than halfway full for a partial refund or exchange. Stones must be included.
